How long can you handle interim management?

In principle, we can handle it for a long time, but the aim is always to establish a permanent solution.

 

Do you also help with generational changes and company sales?

We do not manage the actual sale of the company. We can help in the internal process to optimize the focus points that are interesting for a potential buyer.

 

How long does it take to set up in Germany or Denmark?

Unfortunately, there is no definitive answer to that. It is largely about how attractive one's product or competitive power is. We don't have a magic wand or a "quick fix", so you should prepare yourself for the fact that it can be a process that requires patience.

 

Can you help with practical matters without having to attend meetings?

We can do that, especially when it comes to marketing. We have good experience with e.g. branding and marketing.

 

Can we not speak English with our German or Danish customers?

Of course you can, and after negotiations have ended, it is also often the case that the subsequent trade takes place in English. However, it is our experience and conviction that we reach our goal better, faster and more safely by communicating in German or Danish.

 

How much does it cost to use your services?

We work based on different models, e.g., fixed project price, period assignment, hourly basis and in some cases also with a commission model.
